Philip Anderson

Philip Anderson has returned to Maine where he spent some childhood years. He started illustrating in New York after graduating from the School of Visual Arts, and he has enjoyed assignments from a long list of national magazines, as well as corporate and book work.

Philip's art has been recognized by the New York Art Directors Club, the Society of Publication Designers, and the Stiftung Buchkunst, among others.

His wife, Barbara Deem, runs The Drawing Room Gallery out of their farmhouse, where six-year-old son Peter likes to water the flowers and feed the sculpture.
