Anna & Elena Balbusso Anna and Elena Balbusso are twins from Italy and live and work in Milan. They are graduated in painting at the Fine Arts Academy of Brera. Since 1994 they have worked as freelance illustrators in various sectors of communication. In advertising they produce illustrators for important Italian and foreign companies, while their works have been published by the leading publishing houses in periodicals, newspapers, books and covers. In 1998 the American magazine PRINT European Regional Design Annual conferred on them its Certificate of Design Excellent for their "Paolo Uccello" illustration. Since 2002 they have illustrated novels of classical literature. Since 2003 they have also worked in France and their work has appeared in French magazines and periodicals including "Madame Figaro." |
