Lawrence Christmas
After attending the School Of Visual Arts in New York, I was hired as Head Toy Designer for Happiness Express Inc.
There I had the opportunity to design everything from night lights to action figures. After 5 years in the Toy Industry I moved on to a career in Character Illustration, creating style guide art for Warner Bros, Newline Cinema, 4 Kids Entertainment and Nickelodeon to name a few. Among other things I am now one of the official licensing artists for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Major League Baseball Properties.
Not content to just draw the characters I decided to make them move and made the leap to digital animation. To date I've worked on films for the web and broadcast television for companies like ABC, Nickelodeon, and VH1.
