John S. Dykes
John S. Dykes lives and works in Sudbury, Massachusetts and enjoys a wide variety of creating. Works range from editorial and corporate illustration to children's books and personal projects. John works in acrylic, pen and watercolor, collage and digital. He exhibited two illustrations at the 2008 Society of Illustrators Annual show - and is one of only 40 artists from the 2008 show to be part of this year's traveling show - exhibiting in schools across the U.S. He has won awards from The Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles, including a gold medal in the 2002 show- one of nine pieces selected, Communication Arts, American Illustration, Print, How Magazine and Step by Step Graphics.
