Larry Milam
Larry Milam has been a professional illustrator for more than 20 years from Atlanta to London to Portland, OR. He now works from Sun Studio in the hills of Bisbee, a small art town in Arizona.
Using scratchboard, the main image is carved by hand, then scanned and colored digitally resulting in a choice of pixel or vector art. It's a natural, organic style that also feels contemporary.
