Lloyd Miller
Lloyd Miller is a New York based illustrator and graphic designer who has a reputation for creating compelling hybrid images. He often combines images to create new meaning, thought provoking metaphors and visual power. His work is intelligent, innovative, colorful and technically refined.
Lloyd holds a BFA, Graphic Design, from the University of Houston and completed the Weiterbildungsklasse Graduate Program at the Kunst Gewerbeschule in Basel, Switzerland.
Prior to illustrating full time, Lloyd was an Art Director and Graphic Designer and taught Graphic Design at the Cooper Union in New York. His work for The Wall Street Journal garnered three Awards of Excellence from the Society of Newspaper Design. Other work has been featured in Print's Regional Design Annual, the Communication Arts Illustration Annual and the Society of Publication Design Annual.
