Leticia Plate
Leticia Plate was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and grew up in Rome, Italy. She spent 15 years living and illustrating in New York City. She has studied illustration and design in Italy and in the USA. A graduate of School of Visual Arts, she has worked with magazines, newspapers, design firms and advertising agencies.
She now lives in Portland, Maine with her husband and two children.
She's one of the co-founders of the Maine Illustrators Collective.
