Irena Roman Irena Roman's light-filled watercolors are featured in editorial. publishing and advertising venues. Her work was chosen for the August 2007 cover of "Watercolor Magic Magazine" and was selected for the 2007 and 2008 editions of "Splash; The Best of American Watercolor." Her work has been recognized in "Communication Arts" illustration annuals and in "Print's Regional Design" annuals. Awards for her work include a silver medal from the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles, the "Watercolor West Award" from The National Watercolor Society, a gold medal from the Dallas Advertising Club and two gold medals from the New England Watercolor Society.
