Marci Roth
Marci Roth began her career as a graphic designer in Dallas, Texas and soon went on to work for Nike in Oregon. But, alas, her obsession for collage eventually drove her into an illustration career. Marci integrates nostalgia with a modern twist using Photoshop to create digital collage illustrations. She finds her source material in old periodicals and textbooks, as well as family photographs abandoned in thrift stores. Working from her Portland, Oregon home studio, Marci has cultivated an exciting roster of clients inlcuding, The Washington Post, Random House, Psychology Today, Alfred A. Knopf, Inc., Better Homes and Gardens, Candlewick Press, Crown Books for Young Readers, Scholastic, Inc., Orange Coast Magazine, North Shore Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal.
