Laine Roundy
Lainé has been drawing since she could hold a pencil. Currently much of her drawing is done with a brush, giving her illustration a distinctive linear style. With watercolor and gouache she creates strong simple images which are both elegant and whimsical. For more than fifteen years she has pleased many discriminating clients with her imaginative and stylish illustration for books, magazines, newspapers, brochures, posters, catalog covers and greeting cards. Laine has been recognized by HOW Magazine and her work has been exhibited at the Society of Illustrators Museum of American Illustration. She received a BFA from Beaver College and studied in Rome with Tyler School of Art. She is a member of the Graphic Artists Guild.
