A graduate of Parsons School of Design (NYC), Steven Salerno's illustration images have been recognized by Print, Communication Arts, the Society of Illustrators, Society of Publications Designers, and Society for News Design. His illustrations appear in advertising, magazines, product packaging, retail design, and publishing. Over the years he has worked for nearly 600 different clients. Steven's picture books for children have gained critical acclaim... since 2000 he has illustrated eighteen books for children, three as the author & illustrator. In 2010 Random released PANTALOON, the remake of the 1951 Golden Books classic, with all new illustrations by Steven Salerno. In spring 2012 Houghton Mifflin Harcourt will release the picture book, "Brothers At Bat," the true life story about 12 brothers who made baseball history, written by Audrey Vernick and illustrated by Steven Salerno.
