Alan Witschonke
Alan Witschonke has been a professional Illustrator for 29 years. After graduating from Rhode Island School of Design, he moved up to the Boston area where he has been growing roots ever since. Advertising agencies, book publishing companies, corporations, design studios, magazines and newspapers have been commissioning Alan's lush, intricately textured oil paintings with realistic imagery since 1975. Recent assignments have included illustrating two large, outdoor banners for the Austin Convention & Visitor's Bureau and a poster for Heifer International, a hunger relief organization. Mr. Witschonke is committed to ensuring a great working relationship with his clients and they have responded enthusiastically: "Very impressive, Alan.
