Andrew R. Wright
Andrew R. Wright was born and raised in a small upstate New York town called Ogdensburg. Much of his childhood was spent floating on the St. Lawrence River, wandering through the woods of the Adirondack Mountains, and staring at Frederick Remington paintings and sculptures in a local gallery.
In 2004 he moved to Sarasota Florida where he attended Ringling School of Art and Design. During the summers of 2006 and 2007 he attended The Illustration Academy. In 2008 he received his BFA and relocated to Glens Falls New York. His work was displayed in The Society of Illustrators 2008 Scholarship Competition and the Richmond Illustrators Club 2008 Juried Exhibition, as well as Empty Magazine, CMYK Magazine, and various galleries.
